Where accounts exist, you agree to provide truthful registration data, rotate weak passwords promptly if we notify you of a breach elsewhere that might affect password reuse, and notify online@musclesvibrant.world if credentials appear misused. You must be at least eighteen—or the age of majority in your country if higher—to purchase except where a guardian completes checkout for educational bundles clearly labelled for younger learners.

We grant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to stream public pages and to download goods you paid for or legitimately received as a gift. You may not sublicense PDFs on public torrents, integrate our prose into generative training sets without written permission, or strip our branding when organisation-wide redistribution is prohibited by the product tier you bought.

Enterprise licences may permit broader internal posting; those permissions appear in order-specific annexes only.

You will not attempt to disrupt hosting infrastructure, probe for vulnerabilities beyond an agreed bug-bounty programme, harvest contact emails with bots, impersonate our staff, or upload malware through any file portal unless we explicitly invited a security test.

Harassment of facilitators, support agents, or other participants in cohort calls may lead to removal without refund if it breaches the behavioural charter linked in the session invite.

Branding, curriculum sequencing, diagrams, audio narration, and bespoke facilitation slide decks remain our intellectual property or that of licensors who granted us limited distribution rights. Suggestions you volunteer ("Feedback") may be incorporated without owing you royalties unless a separate written innovation agreement says otherwise.

Checkout, webinar rooms, or survey tools may open in branded iframes subject to those vendors' policies. We choose suppliers with serious privacy postures but cannot police their every subprocess change; consult their terms before submitting extra personal data inside their widgets.

To the fullest extent allowed, services are provided "as is" and "as available" without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular workplace outcome, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that an exercise will feel comfortable for every team; responses vary.

You indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your misuse of materials, wilful misconduct during workshops, or distribution beyond your licence—except to the extent we caused the harm through our own intentional wrongdoing.

You warrant you are not barred from receiving services under Finnish, EU, UN, or relevant national sanctions programmes. We may refuse transactions that implicate restricted territories or entities listed on consolidated screening registers.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, excluding conflict-of-law rules that would send disputes elsewhere. Courts in Finland have jurisdiction, yet if you qualify as a consumer resident elsewhere, you may also have rights to sue in your country of residence.

European Online Dispute Resolution platform mentions are included where required by sector-specific notices.

Assignment: you may not assign these Terms without consent; we may assign to an affiliate or buyer of substantially all assets with notice. Severability: if a clause is unenforceable, the remainder persists. Entire agreement: these Terms plus referenced policies supersede informal chats unless a countersigned contract explicitly overrides them.
